Hi there,
My room is for rent! I am moving back to my home country so my room is now free. This is a big and bright room in a 3 room WG located in Südstadt. The room is quite big and has large windows, so it is very bright. Also, it is completely furnished: it has a double bed, a closet, a big desk, 2 chairs, and a chest of drawers.
The WG is located on a 4th floor, it is small but the big rooms compensate. My room (the one for rent) is the biggest of the 3. The kitchen has everything one might need: washing machine, fridge, stove, microwave, etc. The nearest U Bahn station is Maffeiplatz, which is around 7 minutes away walking, and right behind the house, there is a Tram. With the U Bahn, it's only 2 stops to the HBF and with the tram 4, it's quite quick! Also, we have an Edeka right around the corner and a Norma about 7 minutes away walking. There are also a couple of restaurants and a McFit about 5 minutes away.
Who we are:
- Tom: 22-year-old student at the FAU. He is a cool and relaxed guy and studies Economy at the FAU Nürnberg. He is German.
- Matteo: He is also German and studying in Nürnberg, he is 22. He will be moving this or next month out as well, as he is returning to his hometown. So, Tom and you will decide on the next person to come :)
- I'm Gisselle from Honduras, I am 26 and the oldest. I came to Germany for a language course but now it's time for me to go back home!
The rent is 400 euros per month and there are additional costs for electricity and WLAN, since we share this, it's usually around 12 euros per month. The moving in time is also flexible, I am leaving Germany at the very end of July, so if you want to move in on August 01 it's completely fine. If you need to move in before, say middle July or so, it is also possible and we can discuss it.
Last but also important: we keep a chill and relaxed yet respectful environment in the WG. We respect each other's privacy but we also appreciate spending time together. Whether it's sharing a coffee, (Tom and I love coffee!) a beer or some pizza. We also like to keep things organized and clean.
