Master’s Student Looking for a Long-Term Room in a Shared Flat (WG) in Regensburg

Hi,

I’m Amr, 28 years old, a Master’s student in Applied Artificial Intelligence at Deggendorf Institute of Technology, starting 15/3/2026. I’m looking for a long-term room in Regensburg from 1 April 2026 and would like to stay for the whole duration of my studies.

I speak Arabic and English fluently and am currently learning German intensively.

In everyday life, I’m a quiet and considerate person: I don’t smoke, don’t have pets, and I like a tidy flat. After uni, I usually cook, go to the gym, read, play games, or study German. I enjoy walking in the park and taking pictures, listening to music, or going to the cinema. I’m interested in history and culture, and I want to visit all landmarks, museums, and historical locations in Germany.

I enjoy a relaxed atmosphere at home, where everyone respects each other’s privacy but can also chat in the kitchen or cook together sometimes. I’d love to join my flatmates for outdoor adventures like going on a hike trip, exploring Regensburg and the surrounding countryside, or even traveling to another country together. I’m a social person who enjoys meeting people, learning new skills, and getting to know cultures and things from around the world.

I already have WG experience and I’m reliable with rent and cleaning. I have a blocked account which secures my monthly rent payments.
