From April 2023, I will be going abroad, but I would like to keep the three-room flat with a total living space of approx. 73 m², as I will be coming back to Stuttgart every now and then for a month after three months abroad. Therefore, I am now looking for a flatmate who would like to live here with me from 01.08.2022 and take over two rooms. The roommate can move in immediately. The two rooms in question face south and south-west. One is already sunny in the morning, both are sunny in the afternoon. Very green surroundings. The front room with windows facing south and south-west has a large balcony ( approx. 7.3 m² ). The back room has a window to the south-west. The two rooms are about 15,3 and 12,4 m². You can use these two rooms and the balcony all to yourself. These two rooms can be used as a living room or as a bedroom. In addition, the bathroom, the separate toilet, the kitchen and the large living room are also rented out. In total, you have approx. 52.3 m² at your disposal. So you have practically the whole flat at your disposal. What I will keep is only one room of the flat, which also has a balcony. The larger of the two rooms will be handed over to you completely empty. In the photos, the double bed, the 2-seater couch and the large living room are still there.

I am looking for a nice flatmate who is as attentive to cleanliness as I am.
