There is a vacancy in our lovely 5-person shared flat in the third district!!

Offer: Two rooms (rented together) of approx. 16 and 6m2. Maybe you can make one a bedroom and the other an office/living room, up to your own creativity (:
Rent is 457 Euros, and the room is going to be available from the last week of March, April 1st at the latest. There is some wiggle room, depending on your needs.

The flat has a total size of 175 m2. Currently two girls and three boys live here (a master's student, a visual information designer, a DJ, a musician, and a researcher who is leaving). The kitchen is quite spacious, we have two refrigerators and all kinds of kitchen appliances. We do have a dishwasher! There is a separate sitting (!) toilet and a large bathroom.

We are looking for a relaxed, chill person who is down for sitting and talking about God, life, music, films, books, ideology, food, culture, and so on. We will encourage you in any of the following addictions: sports, smoking, DJ-ing, bars, games, soft drinks, and cooking. Mutual respect is important. Looking for a long-term passenger.

The previous occupant has some furniture she would like to sell. We can discuss this during an interview.

The flat is in a great location, with the 4A bus stopping right outside the front door. In 5 minutes on foot you can reach the Rochusmarkt and the U3. Wien Mitte is only 8 minutes away, there is a shopping centre as well as U4, U3, and S-Bahn.
There is a Hofer supermarket in the immediate vicinity. Within walking distance you will find the post office, bank branches, other supermarkets, drugstores etc.
In 2 minutes you can reach the Danube Canal and in 10 minutes the beautiful Prater. In only 20 minutes you can reach the Danube Island by bike. Bikes can be parked in the courtyard.
