Du willst den Frühling in Wien verbringen? Wir suchen eine:n Mitbewohner:in! Das Zimmer ist ab 15. April verfügbar.
Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet, auch das Zimmer ist möbliert. Das Zimmer ist ca. 16 qm groß und hat einen Blumentrog.
Der Rest der Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und verfügt über eine große, vollständig ausgestattete Küche mit Couch und Fernseher.
Ein absoluter Pluspunkt ist auf jeden Fall unsere Terrasse, auf der wir chillen, Sport machen und abends auch gerne zusammen sitzen und essen und was trinken.
Die Wohnung verfügt außerdem über 2 Bäder, so dass es in der Früh oder am Abend eigentlich nie zu Staus kommt :)

Hello my dear apartment seekers :)
Wanting to spend summer in Vienna? We are looking for a roommate! The room is available from the 15th of April. The apartment is furnished, as well as the room which is about 16 square meters and has a flowerpot in front of the window.
The rest of the apartment is very spacious and has a large, fully equipped kitchen with a couch and a television.
An absolute plus point is definitely our terrace, where we chill, do sports and also like to sit together in the evening and eat and have a drink.
The apartment also has 2 bathrooms, so there are never any traffic jams in the morning or in the evening :)

Die Wohnung liegt im 8. Bezirk (Bennogasse) in einem Neubau im 1. OG.
Es sind zahlreiche Öffis in unmittelbarer Nähe:
- U6 (Alserstraße und Josefstädterstraße)
- Straßenbahn 43, 44, 2 und 5
- Bus 13A
Auch die Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind super zu Fuß zu erreichen (Billa, Hofer, Denns, Spar)
Zum AKH kommst du zu Fuß in 10 Minuten, an die Hauptuni mit der Straßenbahn ebenfalls und auch zur TU und zur WU ist es nicht weit.
Eines der Highlights der Wohnung ist, dass sie gegenüber vom Café Benno liegt :) Das ist ein super nettes, ungezwungenes Lokal mit gutem Essen, Getränken, Brettspielen, Pubquizes,...
Aber auch andere Bars, Pubs, Restaurants sind in der Nähe ;)
The flat is located in the 8th district (Bennogasse) in a new building on the 1st floor.
There are numerous public transport options in the immediate vicinity:
- U6 (Alserstraße and Josefstädterstraße)
- tram 43, 44, 2 and 5
- Bus 13A
The grocery shops are also within walking distance (Billa, Hofer, Denns, Spar).
The AKH is a 10-minute walk away, the main university is also within easy reach by tram, and the TU and WU are not far away either.
One of the highlights of the flat is that it is opposite Café Benno :) This is a super nice, informal place with good food, drinks, board games, pub quizes, ...
But also other bars, pubs, restaurants are nearby ;)
Unsere WG ist keine Zweck-WG. Wirklich nicht :)
Wir sind eine internationale WG, welche aus arbeitenden und studierenden Menschen besteht. Wir sind alle viel unterwegs, wir finden es aber auch wichtig, dass wir entweder gemeinsam gemütlich in der WG chillen können oder wenn es die Zeit zulässt, gemeinsam was unternehmen. Wir legen schon sehr großen Wert darauf, eine Person zu finden welche sich aktiv in die Gemeinschaft einbringt, aber natürlich geht auch nichts über gelegentliche Privatsphäre :)
Noch ein paar Details über uns:
Chiara: 31 und stolze Sardinierin aus Italien. Ich habe jetzt bereits fünf Jahre für ein Architektenbüro gearbeitet, und bin deshalb eben auch nach Wien gekommen. Mit Juni habe ich eine Bildungskarenz gestartet, weshalb ich auch unter tags öfter zuhause bin... außerdem versuche ich auch ab und an Sport zu machen, und bin immer für einen kurzen Chat in der Küche zu haben.
Eavan: 27 und irisch, verliebt in Guinness und neu in Wien. Hier für meinen PhD in Physik, und ich koche, tanze und lache gerne. Ausgehen mit Freunden, aktiv in der Natur sein und Kunstgalerien in Wien (oder einer anderen Stadt) zu besuchen sind übliche Wege, wie ich gerne mein Wochenende verbringe.
Piero: 28 kommt aus Bologna und hat vergangenen Sommer seinen PhD in Computational Social Science gestartet. Seine Hobbies sind Basketball, Fußball oder ein gutes Buch zu lesen. Und natürlich mit Freunden auf ein Bier in eine Bar zu gehen.
Jakob: 28 aus OÖ und im letzten Abschnitt des Jus-Studiums. Musik und Fußball sind meine größten Leidenschaften, ich spiele auch in einer (noch jungen) Metalband und einem Amateur-Fußballverein. Wenn nicht verplant, immer offen für spontane Aktionen oder ein gutes Bier.
Sylvia: 23 Jahre alt, Britin, neueste Mitbewohnerin in der WG und in Wien! Ich studiere Public Policy im Master. Immer bereit für einen Plausch, einen Spaziergang (durch die Stadt oder weiter), einen Drink oder einen Besuch auf dem Wochenmarkt am Samstagvormittag. Ich liebe es, eine neue Stadt zu erkunden.

We are an international shared apartment, which now consists of working and studying people. We are all on the road a lot, but we also find it important that we can either chill out together in the flat or do things together when time allows. It is very important to us to find a person who is actively involved in the community, but of course nothing beats occasional privacy :)
A few more details about us:
Chiara: 31 y/o and proudly from Sardinia, in Italy. I've been working for five years now in an architecture office, reason why I moved and decided to stay in Vienna. In June I started my "Bildungskarenz", which is why you are gonna see me around druing the day as well... further I am trying to do more sports on the side, and I am always in for whatever moments of sociality.
Eavan: 27 y/o is Irish, fond of a Guinness and new to Vienna. Here to do my PhD in physics, and enjoy cooking, dancing and laughing in busy and spare time. Going out with friends, staying active in nature, checking out art galleries in Vienna (or another city!) are some ways I likes to spend the weekends.
Piero: 28 y/o He's from Bologna and started his PhD in Computational Social Science last summer. His hobbies include basketball, soccer, and reading a good book. And, of course, going to a bar with friends from time to time.
Jakob: 28 from Upper Austria and in the final stages of his law studies. Music and football are my greatest passions, I also play in a (still young) metal band and an amateur football club. If nothing else planned, I'm always open to spontaneous activities or a good beer.
Sylvia: 23 y/o British, newest to the WG and Vienna! Studying a master’s in public policy. Always up for a chat, walk (through town or further), drink or heading to the local market on Saturday mornings. Enjoying exploring a new city.
