Der Raum hat einen einzelnen Thermostat, so dass Sie Ihre eigene Temperatur regulieren können und es hat auch Fußbodenheizung.
Eine Menge natürliches Licht kommt am ganzen Tag, und die neu renovierten Leuchten bieten einen sehr ruhigen und isolierten Raum.

Standort
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen und Wohngegend in Simmering.
300 Meter entfernt finden Sie eine große Billa plus, weitere Billa und Hofer Supermärkte, Eurospar und Action.
In nur 8 Gehminuten erreichen Sie die Simmeringer Haupstraße, eine große Straße mit Restaurants, Bars, anderen Supermärkten und Geschäften.
U3 Simmering Station ist auch nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß, und 100 Meter von der Wohnung entfernt finden Sie auch die 69A und 15A Bushaltestellen.
Wir sind nur ein paar Stationen von der Landstraße (Shopping Mall und Restaurant Bereich).
Ihr zukünftiges Zimmer ist auch mit einem grünen Bereich konfrontiert, der immer sehr ruhig und still ist!

Wohnungstyp
Sie teilen die Wohnung mit zwei Mädchen, 25 und 30 Jahre alt. Sie arbeiten tagsüber und sie sind sehr freundlich, daher nette Abendessen zusammen und Chats sind immer willkommen :)
Wir teilen in der Regel einige gemeinsame Nutzungen in der Küche und im Badezimmer, aber Sie sind frei, um Ihre eigenen Sachen natürlich!

Die gesamte Wohnung verfügt über Fußbodenheizung, der gemeinsame Bereich wird von einer Klimaanlage zur Verfügung gestellt, jedes einzelne Zimmer hat Temperaturregelung, und Sie finden auch eine Geschirrspülmaschine, eine neue Waschmaschine und Trocknungsmaschine, einen Kühlschrank, Ofen und Mikrowelle, eine riesige Vorratskammer, um Ihr Essen zu speichern (im kichen), und alle anderen Notwendigkeiten wie Eisen, Reinigungsprogramme, Kleiderständer ecc.
Großer Bonus: Untergeschoss, wo Sie alle Ihre Gepäck und Boxen speichern können!

The room is 15 square meters and has a lot of storage space!
You will already find it furnished with all the necessary: bed, mattress, big wardrobe, big drawer, table, shelves, a small coffee table and two cozy armchairs.
The room has an individual thermostat so you can regulate your own temperature and it also has floor heating.
A lot of natural light comes in the whole day, and the newly renovated fixtures provide a very silent and isolated space.

Location
The apartment is situated in a very silent and residential area in Simmering.
300 meters away you will find a big Billa plus, another Billa and Hofer supermarkets, Eurospar and Action.
Within only 8 minutes by feet you will get in Simmeringer Haupstraße, a big street full of restaurants, bars, other supermarkets and shops.
U3 Simmering station is also only a few minutes by feet, and 100 meters away from the apartment you will also find the 69A and 15A bus stops.
We are just a few stations from Landstraße (shopping mall and restaurant area).
Your future room is also face a green area which is always very calm and silent!

Flatshare Type
You will share the flat with two girls, 25 and 30 years old. They work during the day and they're extremely friendly, therefore nice dinners together and chats are always welcome :)
We usually share some common utilities in the kitchen and in the bathroom but you're free to bring your own things of course!

The whole apartment has floor heating, the common area is provided by an air conditioning system, each individual room has temperature regulation, and you will also find a dishwasher, a new washing and drying machine, a fridge, oven and microwave, a huge pantry to store your food (in the kichen), and all the other necessities like iron, cleaning utilities, clothing rack ecc.
Big bonus: underground basement where you can store all of your luggages and boxes!

Miscellaneous
The room is going to be available for a long term rent, from the 1st of June.
