Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem alten Fuhrwerkerhaus auf der äußeren Mariahilferstraße. Im Gebäude sind wir die einzige Wohnung und haben Zugang zum Hof. Der kann unterschiedlichst genutzt werden, im Sommer zum Gärtnern, Grillen und Abhängen, im Winter für Lagerfeuer.
Öffis: Westbahnhof (U6/U3), Gumpendorfer Str. (U6/12A) und Margaretengürtel (U4) sind in 5-7 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

The apartment is located at äußere Mariahilferstraße. We are the only apartment in the building and have access to the courtyard. This can be used in a variety of ways, in summer for gardening, barbecues and hanging out, in winter for bonfires.
Public transportation: Westbahnhof (U6/U3), Gumpendorfer Str. (U6/12A) and Margaretengürtel (U4) are within 5-7 minutes walking distance.

<3 wir suchen dich <3

In unserer 4er-WG wird ab Juni ein Zimmer frei. Aktuell sind wir eine flinta-WG (muss aber nicht so bleiben). Wir wohnen alle noch recht frisch in dieser Konstellation zusammen und sind gerade dabei, ein liebevolles, gemeinschaftliches Miteinander aufzubauen. Dabei ist uns wichtig, dass die neue Person richtig Lust auf WG-Leben hat und sich gerne die Zeit nimmt, Teil davon zu sein.

Unser Zuhause ist ein älteres, aber besonderes Haus mit viel Platz für Ideen und Gestaltung. Wir haben alle Spaß daran, gemeinsam Projekte anzugehen, Dinge zu verschönern oder auch einfach ein wenig rumzuwerkeln. Unter anderem in Planung ist: Küchen Renovierung, temporärer Pizza Backofen im Hof, temporäre Sauna, ganz viel Garteln, ganz viel Flohmarkt und Willhaben schauen. Wir fänden es daher schön, wenn du auch Lust hättest, dich hier und da einzubringen und den Wohnraum mit uns weiterzuentwickeln.

Zum Zusammenleben: wir teilen unsere Lebensmittel, versuchen aber auch regelmäßig zu dumpstern. Wir haben einen Putzplan und achten recht darauf, unser Zeug immer halbwegs wegzuräumen etc. Wir kochen füreinander und verbringen gern Zeit gemeinsam (Eisdiele Garda) sind aber doch auch alle schon Ende 20 und haben auch außerhalb der Wohnung viel zu tun ☹

Zu uns:
Joschi (29): arbeite im Sozialbereich, muss noch Master fertig machen. Dinge die mir in Wien gut gefallen: Gürtel Lokale, Wienerberg Flohmarkt, WSC Matches, Punk Konzerte, Würstelstand, Brunnenmarkt, Programmkinos, Vorstadt Beisl, Karten Spielen, Kaffee mit Schuss, Lobau, Währinger Park Boccia, Gänsehäufl, WEZ 2000, 23, 161
Marie (26): Master Social Design, mag gern: auf Dächer kraxeln (vervollständigt den Text noch;)
Anna (27): arbeite bei einer NGO, Mag Delfine, Tiramisu, auf Demos gehen, Hunde vor Supermärkten fotografieren. In Wien bin ich gerne am Wasser, im 15. Bezirk, ganz viel in der Sonne, Mittagessen beim Brunnenmarkt, an den Würstelständen (weil keine Kiosks). Ich mag es nicht auf Öffis zu warten, geh dann Umwege und bin dann doch zu spät.

<3 we are looking for you <3

A room will be available in our 4-bed flat share from June. We are currently a flinta flat share (but it doesn't have to stay that way). We are all still living together in this constellation and are currently in the process of building a loving, communal relationship. It's important to us that the new person really enjoys living in a shared flat and is happy to take the time to be part of it.

Our home is an older but special house with lots of space for ideas and design. We all enjoy tackling projects together, improving things or simply doing a bit of DIY. Among other things, we are planning: kitchen renovation, temporary pizza oven in the courtyard, temporary sauna, lots of gardening, lots of flea markets and looking at Willhaben. We would therefore be delighted if you would like to get involved here and there and develop the living space with us.

About living together: we share our food, but also try to dump regularly. We have a cleaning plan and make sure we always put our stuff away halfway, etc. We cook for each other and enjoy spending time together (Garda ice cream parlor), but we're all in our late 20s and have a lot to do outside the apartment ☹

Anna (27): works for an NGO, likes dolphins, tiramisu, going to demos, photographing dogs in front of supermarkets. In Vienna I like being by the water, in the 15th district, lots of sunbathing, lunch at the Brunnenmarkt, at the sausage stands (because there are no kiosks). I don't like waiting for public transport, then I take detours and end up being late.

Der Preis für die Miete ist inkl. Strom, Gas, Internet usw.
Wir haben im Jänner einen Mietvertrag auf 3 Jahre unterschrieben.
