Lage

WG-Leben

The rooms are roughly the same size and have about 14 square meters. There is a large living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and two extra toilets, a workshop, a cellar and best, a garden with a huge terrace.

The house is located directly at Krottenbachstraße and therefore has direct access to transportation. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the the next metro stations (U6 &U4) by bus. Shopping facilities are within walking distance and there is also a gas station right next to the house with a Spar Express, open daily until 10 pm.
The 19th district has beautiful vineyards and is close to vienna forest. The best way to get around is by bike. The house is very convenient for BoKu students.

We are Max, Gizmo, Florian, Tsion, Konstantin and Jul. We are lots of people and therfore have lots of different backgrounds and interest. We can be very social and enjoy doing things together. It could be sports, music, art or just cooking and hanging out in the livingroom or the garden. Of course sometimes we need time for ourselfs, so there is no pressure to participate.
And there is also a cat living with us, so you should be ok with that, though it's fine to not let her in the private rooms.

Though one of us isn’t speaking german therfore we’re looking for someone who’s also comfortable with speaking english (It don't has to be perfect, ours isn't either)

We are looking for a female roommate to keep a bit of balance.
