Brigittenau, die Lage der Wohnungen, ist einerseits ein ruhiger, familienfreundlicher Bezirk, aber auch zentral gelegen. Es gibt viel zu tun in der Gegend und es ist einfach, überall in der Stadt in kürzester Zeit zu erreichen. Die Lage ist wunderbar, da es zwei Parks in unmittelbarer Nähe gibt (Mortarapark und Allerheiligenpark). Diese Wohnung ist eine perfekte Option für jemanden, der Zeit von der Donau verbracht genießt. Sie sind nur 2 Minuten von einem stressfreien Radweg an der Donau entfernt.

Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind leicht zu erreichen: es gibt Busse und einen schnellen Transitzug, der alle 5 Minuten, einen 3-5-minütigen Spaziergang entfernt (Bus 5, 5A, 11A, 11B, 37A). Sie befinden sich perfekt zwischen zwei U-Bahnstationen (Dresdner und Handelskai) beide etwa 5-7 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Wir haben eine ausgezeichnete Verbindung zum und vom internationalen Flughafen in Wien. Die Flughafenzüge S2 und S7 bringen Sie direkt zur Wohnung / zum Flughafen (Traisengasse) nur 5 Gehminuten zum Bahnhof Traisengasse. Es gibt genügend Parkplätze an der Haustür, aber Parkkarten wurden von 9.00 bis 22.00 Uhr genutzt. Etwa 10 Minuten entfernt befindet sich ein Parkplatz 9 €/Tag. Sehr gute Autobahnverbindung für 2 Minuten entfernt.

Es gibt Geschäfte um die Ecke große Billa, Spar und Hofer ist etwa 5 Minuten entfernt. Jahrtausend Das City Shopping Center ist etwa 10 Minuten entfernt. Supermärkte und alle notwendigen Geschäfte erreichen Sie zu Fuß in 3-4 Blocks. Aufgrund der Nähe zum zentralen Punkt des Bahnhofs Praterstern haben Sie Zugang zu Lebensmittelgeschäften, Restaurants und Drogerien von 6 bis 22 Uhr.

Brigittenau, the location of the apartments, is on the one hand a quiet, family -friendly district, but also centrally located. There's a lot to do in the area and it is easy to reach everywhere in the city in no time. The location is wonderful, as there are two parks in the immediate vicinity (Mortarapark and Allerheiligenpark). This apartment is a perfect option for someone who enjoys time spent by the Danube. You are only 2 minutes away from a stress-free bike path on the Danube.

Public transport is easy to reach: there are buses and a rapid transit train that runs every 5 minutes, a 3-5-minute walk away (Bus 5, 5A, 11A, 11B, 37A). You are perfectly situated between two subway stations (Dresdner and Handelskai) both about a 5-7 minute walk away. We have an excellent connection to and from the International Airport in Vienna. The airport trains S2 and S7 take you directly to the apartment / airport (Traisengasse) only 5 minutes walk to the Traisengasse station. There are enough parking spaces on the front door, however, parking tickets were used from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. About 10 minutes away there is a parking space 9 €/day. Very good motorway connection for 2 minutes away.

There are shops around the corner large Billa, Spar and Hofer is about 5 minutes away. Millennium City shopping center is about 10 minutes away. Supermarkets and all the necessary shops can be reached on foot in 3-4 blocks. Das Leben in einer gemeinsamen Wohnung ist ruhig. Meine Familie ist für die nächsten Monate weg und ich bin allein zu Hause.
