The room is about 13 m2 and comes furnished with a bed, a drawer and a clothes hanger. The highlight is the direct access to a spacious 18 m2 terrace with a beautiful view of the Danube. It’s a perfect spot for morning coffee or winding down in the evening.

The apartment is 110 m2 spread over two floors. On the first floor you’ll find the kitchen and living room, fully equipped with everything you need for everyday life. The second floor has the office, our bedroom, your room, and a large bathroom with shower and bathtub. There’s also another bathroom downstairs with only a toilet.

One of the best things about the flat is the outdoor space: we have three balconies/terraces, so the apartment gets sun all day long. There’s also a grill available for BBQ evenings or just to hang out in summer.

Overall, the flat is very bright, sunny and full of plants, which gives it a really cozy and relaxed atmosphere.

The apartment is located very centrally at Ferdinandstraße 25, just a few steps from the Donaukanal. The U1 station "Nestroyplatz" is only about 2 minutes away on foot, Praterstern can be reached in around 10 minutes walking, and Schwedenplatz is just 5 minutes away, where several tram lines (1 and 2) connect you easily to the rest of the city.

For everyday needs, BILLA, SPAR and BIPA are right outside the front door. The nearby Praterstraße is also known for its great cafés such as Café Balthasar, Goldener Papagei, and Ototo, perfect for grabbing a really good coffee or brunch. There is also a large variety of restaurants in the immediate area.

The Donaukanal is practically right in front of the building (as you can already see from the terrace view). It’s a perfect starting point for running, road cycling, walking along the water, or meeting friends for a drink after work. Overall, the location offers a very central city lifestyle while still feeling relaxed and vibrant.

You will be living with us, a couple who share the flat. We are both very active and usually on the go, whether it’s meeting friends, doing sports, or traveling, so the apartment is often pretty calm and not overcrowded.

When we are around, we’re very open-minded and enjoy a relaxed and friendly WG vibe. We are always up for hanging out in the kitchen, cooking together, sharing a glass of wine (or a good non-alcoholic drink), and having nice conversations.

In our free time we spend a lot of time outside, doing sports and staying active. Every now and then we also enjoy a really good night out, especially if there’s techno involved. Overall, we’re looking for someone who enjoys a friendly, relaxed and social living atmosphere but also values everyone having their own space.
