Zwischenmiete / Sublet: 1 October - 31 December 2026

Hi, we are subletting our bright and fully furnished apartment from 1 October to 31 December 2026 (extendable to 2 January 2027 - hello New Year's in Berlin!). 

The apartment features a cozy bedroom, an open-plan living and kitchen area, and two spacious bathrooms (one with a shower, one with a bathtub). One of its highlights is the generous balcony (with a glimpse of the Spree). The dedicated workspace (WIFI or Ethernet) is perfect to work remotely. 

The apartment is ideally located near the vibrant Boxhagener Platz in Friedrichshain, known for its popular weekly markets, cafés, bars and restaurants, and Kreuzberg on the other side of the Spree. It's about 7 minutes to Warschauer Straße station (U-Bahn, S-Bahn, Tram). Daily errands couldn't be easier, with Lidl, Rewe, DM and the East Side Mall around the corner. 

During your stay, all kitchen and household essentials will remain available for your use. Most of our personal belongings and clothing will be stored, ensuring you have plenty of space to make yourself at home. The building is exceptionally well maintained and home to young families and couples, creating a friendly and respectful community atmosphere. We are therefore looking for tenants who will treat the apartment, the building and our neighbors with care and consideration. Please note that parties, smoking, and pets are not permitted.
