im Zeitraum 04.05. - 13.05.24 vermiete ich meine Wohnung unter. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5. OG (Aufzug vorhanden) und ist sehr ruhig gelegen - Nachbarn hört man nicht, da die Wohnung direkt unter dem Dach ist.

Die Wohnung hat einen Flur, Badezimmer, Küche, Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Balkon, Keller sowie Fahrradkeller.

In unmittelbarer Nähe ist der Viktoriapark und der Gleisdreieckpark, zum Tempelhofer Feld braucht man 10-15 Minuten. In 2-3 Gehminuten befindet sich ein Lidl, in 5 Gehminuten ein Rewe. Die nächsten U-Bahn Stationen sind Platz der Luftbrücke und Yorckstraße. Von der Yorckstraße fahren auch S-Bahnen. Ebenso gibt es innerhalb von 2-3 Minuten Busstationen. Zum Mehringdamm und Bergmannkiez braucht man ca. 10 Minuten. Es gibt 2 Spätis in 1-2 Minuten Entfernung.

Anmeldung ist leider nicht möglich, da es sich um eine kurzweilige Untervermietung handelt.

Die Wohnung ist möbliert und hat alles was man braucht - siehe dir hierzu auch gern die Fotos an oder frag nach. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich eine Schlafcouch, welche auf den Bildern aktuell ausgeklappt ist. Im Schlafzimmer ist ein 160 x 200cm Bett. Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine sind vorhanden. Einen Smart-TV gibt es nicht, allerdings einen Beamer mit HDMI Anschluss.

Die Inklusivmiete beträgt 300 Euro, Kaution 50 Euro. Ein Untermietvertrag wird geschlossen, ebenso benötige ich eine Kopie deines Personalausweises.

In der Inklusivmiete sind folgende Sachen inkludiert:

- Mietzins
- Betriebs- und Heizkosten
- Strom
- Mobiliar Nutzung
- Rundfunkbeitrag
- High Speed Internet

Zusätzliche Kosten gibt es nicht.

In the period of 04.05. - 13.05.24 I sublet my apartment. The apartment is on the 5th floor (elevator available) and is very quiet - you won't hear any neighbors because the apartment is directly under the roof.

The apartment has a hallway, bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, living room, balcony, cellar and bicycle storage room.

The Viktoriapark and the Gleisdreieckpark are in the immediate vicinity, and it takes 10-15 minutes to get to Tempelhofer Feld. There is a Lidl in a 2-3 minute walk and a Rewe in a 5 minute walk. The nearest subway stations are Platz der Luftbrücke and Yorckstraße. S-Bahn trains also run from Yorckstraße. There are also bus stations within 2-3 minutes. It takes 10 minutes to get to Mehringdamm and Bergmannkiez. There are 2 Spätis 1-2 minutes away.

Unfortunately, registration is not possible as it is a short-term sublet.

The apartment is furnished and has everything you need - please see the photos or ask. There is a sofa bed in the living room, which is currently unfolded in the pictures. In the bedroom there is a 160 x 200cm bed. Dishwasher and washing machine are available. There is no smart TV, but there is a projector with an HDMI connection.

The inclusive rent is 500 euros per month, deposit 50 euros. A sublease agreement will be concluded and I will also need a copy of your identity card.

- Radio contribution (Rundfunkbeitrag)

There are no additional costs.
