Dieses voll ausgestattete Apartment (möbliert) befindet sich in einer Top-Lage im Herzen des Stadtzentrums in Berlin. Sie wohnen direkt zwischen Alexanderplatz und Friedrichstraße. Zu Fuß erreichen Sie viele wichtige Orte in Berlin, darunter Rosenthaler Platz, Hackescher Markt, Alexanderplatz, Friedrichstraße, Central Station und die berühmte Humboldt-Universität.

Darüber hinaus bietet die Wohnung eine perfekte Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel an die U-Bahn-Stationen Rosenthalter Platz (U8), Rosa Luxemburg Platz (U2) sowie die S-Bahn Nordbahnhof (S1 und S2) sowie die U-Bahn- und S-Bahn-Station Alexanderplatz (U2, U5, U8, S5, S7, S75) und den Flughafen Express - insgesamt eine der beliebtesten Standorte in Berlin! Über die Wohnung:
Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert (Möbel im Mietpreis inbegriffen). Es gibt insgesamt 2 separate Zimmer
Schlafzimmer Nummer 1 ("Zimmer 1") hat 1 Einzelbett (200x100cm), eine Ausziehcouch(140x200cm) und einen Schreibtisch.
Schlafzimmer Nummer 2 ("Zimmer 2") hat ein Einzelbett (200x100), eine Ausziehcouch (140x200).
Die Küche selbst (neu) ist mit einem Geschirrspüler, einem Herd, einem Kühlschrank, einem Toaster und einer Mikrowelle ausgestattet (siehe Fotos). Eine Waschmaschine ist ebenfalls vorhanden.

Die Wohnung wurde in einem charmanten alten Stil gebaut und hat daher 3,20m hohe Decken und glatt geflieste Wände. Da die Wohnung mehrere Zimmer hat, ist es auch für Paare oder maximal 4 Personen geeignet. Ein Einzelzimmer zu mieten ist leider nicht möglich.
Am Ende Ihres Aufenthalts berechnen wir eine Reinigungsgebühr von 75€. Wir werden diesen Betrag von der Anzahlung abziehen, der Rest wird Ihnen ausgezahlt.

This fully equipped apartment (furnished) is located in a top location in the heart of the city centre in Berlin. You will live directly between Alexanderplatz and Friedrichstrasse. By foot, you can easily reach many important places in Berlin, including Rosenthaler Platz, Hackescher Markt, Alexanderplatz, Friedrichstrasse, Central Station and the famous Humboldt University.

In addition, the apartment location offers perfect connection to public transportation to the underground stations Rosenthalter Platz (U8), Rosa Luxemburg Platz (U2) as well as the S-Bahn Nordbahnhof (S1 and S2) as well as the U-Bahn and S-Bahn station Alexanderplatz (U2, U5, U8, S5, S7, S75) and the airport express - overall one of the most popular location in Berlin! About the flat:
The apartment is fully furnished (furniture included in the rental price). There are 2 separat rooms in total
Bedroom number 1 ("Zimmer 1") has 1 single bed (200x100cm), a pull-out couch(140x200cm) and a desk.
Bedroom number 2 ("Zimmer 2") has one single bed (200x100), a pull-out couch (140x200).
The kitchen itself (new) is equipped with a dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, toaster and microwave (see photos). A washing machine is also available.

The apartment was built in a charming old style, and therefore has 3.20m high ceilings and smoothly tiled walls. Since the apartment has several rooms, it is also suitable for couples or a maximum of 4 persons. Renting just a single room is unfortunately not possible.
At the end of your stay, we will charge a cleaning fee of 75€. We will deduct that amount from the deposit, the rest will be paid out to you.
