Lage
I am offering my place for the short stay between January 2nd to February 1sr 2026, whether you come here to visit or you need a place in-between contracts.
It is located a couple minutes away on foot from U- and S-bahn Hermannstraße.
The house is cosy but still spacious and you will have the whole flat to yourself. It is suitable for a single, a couple, or even 2 friends since I have two rooms and both with double beds. I would say 3 people is a max, it’s a bit too small for that ;)
It has double exposure, so very light and warm, with a small balcony on the bigger room (30sqm) and the smaller(13sqm) facing the quiet internal Hof; washing machine and dishwasher are present, a lot of storage.
It is also possible to rent it only for a week or two, no problem! The price will be simply proportional to your stay.
