65 qm Wohnung mitten im Reuterkiez

Hi,

da ich jobbedingt Berlin vorübergehend verlassen muss, vermiete ich meine 65 qm Wohnung vom 26.04.2011 bis zum 31.05.2011 unter.

Die Wohnung ist komplett möbeliert. In der Küche findet Ihr alles, was man benötigt, wie Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Herd, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank etc. In der Zwezimmerwohnung ist ein Balkon vorhanden.

Die Wohnung mitten im Reuterkiez ist perfekt gelegen, umgeben von kleinen Bars, Restaurants etc. Auf dem Kottbusser Damm befinden sich mehrere Supermärkte.
Die Wohnung ist auch sehr angebunden. Vom Hermannplatz aus fährt zum einen die U8, die in den Süden und Norden der Stadt fährt, sowie die U7, welche den gesamten Westen abdeckt. Bis zum Alexanderplatz sind es mit der U8 10 Minuten.
Darüber hinaus fahren zahlreiche Busse vom Hermannplatz ab.

Der monatliche Preis von 680 Euro erfasst alle Nebenkosten.

I am leaving Berlin from the 26. of April 2011 to the 31. of May for a job and would like to sublet my lovely flat with all the utilities during that period of time.

The flat has 2 rooms, a leaving room and 1 bedroom, a big kitchen, bathroom, and a balcony. There is everything in the kitchen you could need (washing mashine, dish cleaner, fridge, stove, microvawe and so on..) All the rooms are completely furnitured.

The flat is perfectly located in the Reuterkiez, in between of all the bars and restaurants. Just around the corner is the Kottbusser Damm with all the supermarkets.
On the Hermannplatz (5 minutes walking distance), you'll find the U8 which connects the flat to the north and the south of Berlin and the U7 with the connection to the western part. It's 10 minutes by the U8 to Alexanderplatz (city center). There are also plenty of busses leaving from Hermannplatz...

The total price of the flat is 680 Euro/per month. The deposit is 500 Euro.
