We are subletting our cozy apartment in trendy Schillerkiez, Neukölln. It’s perfect for one person or a couple. It has a kitchen, living room, one separate bedroom and a big terrace / small garden.

The apartment is fully equipped:
- Fully furnished with a big 160cm bed and working desk
- Fast Wi-Fi
- New washing machine + dishwasher

Ideal location:
Lively neighbourhood with lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance,
You have Tempelhofer Feld and Hasenheide within walking distance as well.
We can give you some tips on where to go if you are not familiar with the neighbourhood.

5min walking distance from U8 Boddinstrasse and several bus connections.
5 min walking distance from Tempelhofer feld
5 min walking from several supermarkets (Edeka, Rewe, Lidl)

- We can be slightly flexible with the end date if it would suit you better to stay a couple days longer.
- We have a lot of plants, we appreciate someone taking care of them while we are gone, they are not high maintenance though :)
- Please no pets (because of an allergy).
- This is a short therm sublet, so no Anmeldung possible, sorry!
- The price is 1100 Euro /month - for the whole period (6 weeks) it's 1650€. This is including all utilities (wifi, water, heathing,…)
