Ruhige Wohnung PrenzlauerBerg / Central quiet flat in East Berlin

Nothing like home sweet home!
As I will be working away from Berlin, I´m offering an amazingly bright, quiet and cozy Apartment from March 1st (possible to enter already from February) 15th until April 30th.

I´m looking for someone clean and tidy to move in for this period of time, who takes care of my apartment and my plants lovingly and respectfully.
The place is NOT suitable for sharing unless you're a couple. If you´re a couple, there´s a surcharge of 50€ per month.

No registration (Anmeldung) possible.

THE APARTMENT
The flat is located at Prenzlauer Berg, which is East Berlin, in a calm but central area. It's on the 4th floor (with elevator) and has 43sqm. There are 2 rooms divided by a sliding door: a living space with american kitchen and a bedroom. It's flooded with sunlight (it has big windows and the sun comes in from early in the morning until 3p.m. in the afternoon) and offers you an open view to a quiet courtyard. There´s a big balcony that you can enjoy if the weather allows it.
The bedroom has a double bed and a small closet for you to use. The kitchen is enclosed to the living room and is well equipped with all stuff you need for cooking. In the living room there´s also a workingspace.

The appartment is really nice and very quiet.
It´s a non-smoking place.

SHOPPING & ENTERTAINMENT
The next shopping possibility is across the street. There you´ll find several supermarkets incl. an organic one, drugstores, postoffice, bakery, ATM and a Späti (aka kiosk which opens also during the night). 3 times a week a street market sells fresh local vegetables.
10 Min. walk from here you reach the heart of Prenzlauer Berg with endless coffee shops, restaurants, fashion shops, bars, etc.
There are several parks nearby to go jogging or to have some connection with nature.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
The next tram is literally around the corner. It arrives every 5 Min. and takes you to Alexanderplatz (one of the most central places in Berlin) within 12 Min. where you can change to the U-Bahn (underground) or S-Bahn.
Two blocks away there´s the so called "Ring-Bahn" which goes around the city in circles (this one is very useful).
