23.10.23 - 23.03.24 (5 months sublet) --> Tranquil, bright & stylish 55m2 + balcony Altbau in Akazienkiez

Hello there!

I am renting out my lovely, bright and tranquil apartment located in the very charming Akazienkiez while I return to Australia for 5 months 23.10.23 - 23.03.24. The furnished rent is 1300€ then 180€ for bills. The most important thing for me is someone who is clean, respectful of the apartment and neighbours and reliable.

If you don't know the area I can definitely recommend this neighbourhood! It has a really special old world West Berlin charm with colourful and decorative facades on beautiful tree-lined streets. There are also many wonderful parks, shops, cafes, bars and restaurants right at your doorstep and the U7 is just a block away.

The apartment is south-facing on the 4th floor in the back house with a sunny balcony. It's very peaceful, bright and airy.

The kitchen and appliances are brand new and there's an LG washing machine, but no dishwasher. The bed is 1.6m wide and very comfortable :)

no smoking inside
no parties
must be willing to sign a contract, provide a copy of ID/Passport and pay a deposit.
Apartment must be returned in original state as handed over - cleaned and without damages.

A dog is possible on request.
