My flat mate is moving out, so I am looking for a new one!
The 20sqm room is very calm, bright with a view into the backyard.
The kitchen is self built and the kitchen counter is higher than the common kitchen you might know.
It is equipped with a washing mashine, a dish washer, an air fryer, soda stream and the usual stuff. No oven (therefor an air fryer)
The apartment is all in all very bright and calm, even during the winter months.
There is a big bathroom with a bath tub and there is also a shelf within the wall for shoes.
There is an elevator.
The apartment can be rented a bit shorter or longer.
I would be happy to have a cat or a dog which isn't mine lol.
Directly at the Ubahn Fehrbelliner Platz
Good Connections to anywhere.
U3 and u7 / buses, etc.
There is lots of parks around, supermarkets, Spätis, well - it's all there
It's also close to the Autobahn and the Ring.
Parking is possible around here. Free parking spots are a short walk away
