Wanted an Apartment for my small family

My name is Waleed Bin Malik. I am a Product Designer by profession and currently employed in a permanent position with a stable income.

I am a non-smoker, have no pets, and live a quiet, responsible lifestyle.

I currently plan to move in alone and am looking for a long-term rental contract.

My wife and our 1.5-year-old daughter will join me at a later stage through the official family reunification process, which is already in progress.

The apartment is therefore intended as a long-term family home, ensuring stable and smooth living conditions for my family.

All required documents are ready, including identification documents, proof of income, and salary slips.
