My beloved 1.5-room apartment is located right next to the vibrant Volkspark Friedrichshain on Heinz-Bartsch-Straße. This place is very special to me and means a lot to my heart. As I will be away for a transition period, I am looking for someone trustworthy to hand my keys over to—someone who will care for my home as much as I do, and who wouldn't mind watering my plants while I'm gone. You would be stepping into a wonderful, personal, well-kept, and beautiful sanctuary.

The layout is optimized for a single tenant or a close couple. The flat features a comfortable living and sleeping area with a large corner sofa, a cozy bed, a TV setup, and great natural light. The kitchen comes fully equipped—including a stylish red retro fridge, oven, stove, and a dining bar area that opens up to a private balcony overlooking green trees and a quiet courtyard. A clean bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine completes the space.

Key Details:
All-Inclusive Rent: €1,250 per month (pro rata for shorter stays). This includes everything: high-speed internet, electricity, heating, and water.

Deposit: €500.

Important Note Regarding Registration (Anmeldung): No official registration (Anmeldung) is possible. However, putting your name on the mailbox for the duration of the stay can be arranged.

Rental Period: Flexible short-term—ideal for a change of scenery ranging from 1 to 2 weeks up to a maximum of 4–6 weeks (approx. 1 month preferred).
