3 room apartment, preferably near TU Dresden

Hello.

My name is Anindya. I came to Dresden last year in October to work as a junior professor in Technische Universitat Dresden. I moved here with my wife. We are looking for an apartment with 3 rooms and preferably a balcony. We are hoping to bring our parents to visit us in Germany, and since they are old people we would like to live in a building with an elevator. My wife is looking for a job as of now, and we hope to find a situation soon. We do not have pets but we are animal lovers and might think of adopting a dog someday. We are clean and organized people. My wife likes to keep plants inside the house, so we would like a well ventilated place with natural daylight too. We like to cook and we usually cook almost all of our meals - therefore, we are hoping for a big enough kitchen space. Since we have been living in Dresden for the past six months, we have gotten used to the city. We would like to find a place that is near to TU Dresden and not in the suburbs.
