I’m looking for a roommate (male/female) to share my apartment with just one other person.

A little about me: I’m a working professional and entrepreneur (male) in the field of finance and have been living here for about a year. The apartment is in a peaceful neighborhood, about 20 minutes from the main city by tram and only 10 minutes by train, so it’s very well connected.

I’m looking for someone who:

Values privacy and respect for personal space

Maintains good hygiene and cleanliness

Treats the apartment like their own home

Is ideally looking for a long-term stay (Open to both male / female)
