26 Year Old (employed fulltime) looking for a quiet 2 room apartment in Cologne around Media Park

Hey, my name is Oren and I am 26 years old. I just started a new and exciting job, for which I have to move to Cologne as soon as possible and so I am looking for an apartment for myself (no animals). I am fluent in Hebrew, English and German (Sie können mich gerne auf Deutsch anschreiben:) and I have a bachelor's degree in International Business Management.
I am an outgoing person and I love to travel, read, surf, dive, dance, cook and hang out with friends.
My optimal apartment would be in a green and quiet area, there should be a lot of light in the apartment and a balcony as well as a kitchen. It should be 2 separate rooms and more than 30m2. The best would be an apartment in 2/3 floor or to have an elevator (no ground floor/rooftop apartments). It would be great if there was a garage/parking nearby the apartment for a small car. I am a considerate, respectful and not loud and I would love to find a nice place in this new city.
My ideal areas would be: as close as possible to Media Park- Ehrenfeld, Altstadt Nord/Süd, Nippes, Neuehrenfeld..
