Wir vermieten unsere tolle Wohnung für einen Monat und freuen uns über tolle Zwischenmieter.
Für WGs ist sie eher nicht so gut geeignet, dafür ist sie super für Paare oder Singles.

We rent our appartement for a month and are looking forward for great interim tenants.
The appartement is perfect for couples or singles but it`s not a good spot for shared appartement.

WOHNUNG/APPARTEMENT

Die Wohnung hat einen unvergleichlichen Altbaucharme mit Parkett und hohen Decken.
Sie ist sehr hell und befindet sich in der 4. Etage, im Treppenhaus gibt es außerdem einen Lift.
Insgesamt sind es drei Zimmer: die beiden größeren gehen nach vorne raus, das kleinere Schlafzimmer in den ruhigen Innenhof. Außerdem gibt es zwei Balkone. Die Couch im Wohnzimmer ist zusätzlich ausklappbar. Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert inklusive Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Bettwäsche und WLAN.

The appartement has the unique charme of an old buildung, with high ceilings and original parquet.
Placed in the 4th floor, it is very bright and generous. There is a lift in the staircase as well.
There are three rooms: two bigger ones that show to the street and a smaller sleeping room to the calm inner courtyard. There are two balconies as well and the sofa in the living room can be foldout. The appartement is fully furnished, washing machine, dishwasher, bedclothes and WIFI are included.

LAGE/LOCATION

Die Lage ist TOP, sehr zentral gelegen direkt an der U4 Station „Kettenbrückengasse“ und am Naschmarkt. Trotzdem ist es in der Wohnung nicht sehr laut, da sie in einer kleinen Nebenstraße liegt. Es gibt unzählige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und viele kleinere Läden. Bars und Cafés sind auch zahlreich vorhanden.

The location is TOP, right in the center and at subway station „Kettenbrückengasse“ (Line U4).
However, it is located in a small street, therefore it is not to loud.
You can reach plenty supermarkets and shopping places in less than 3 minutes. And you can find lots of nice and unique smaller shops in that area and of course lots of Bars and Cafés

SONSTIGES

Wir vermieten unsere Wohnung zum ersten Mal, deshalb freuen wir uns über verantwortungsbewusste, freundliche Menschen, denen wir vertrauen können. Eine persönliche Wohnungsbesichtigung ist deshalb natürlich super.
Außerdem sind wir ein Nichtraucherhaushalt, deshalb ist Rauchen nicht gestattet, Haustiere gehen leider auch nicht.
Wir räumen in den Schränken Fächer für eure Kleidung frei und auch sonst könnt ihr euch in der Zeit wie zu Hause fühlen und alles benutzen. Wir freuen uns auf euch!

It`s the first time we rent our appartement to someone. That`s why we are searching for responsible and kind people who we can trust. For that reason, a personal apartement viewing is preferred. Smoking is not allowed and pets as aren`t well.
We will create some place for your stuff in the cupboards so you can just feel like home.
