Die Wohnung ist teilmöbliert (Schlafcouch, Schreib-/Esstisch und neue Küche) und ca. 30m² groß. Die Küche befindent sich im Eingangsbereich und ist durch eine Tür vom eigentlichen Zimmer abgetrennt. Das Bad ist neu und besitzt eine sehr geräumige Dusche. Im Keller gibt es einen Waschraum mit Anschlüssen für eine Waschmaschine (aktuell ist eine Waschmaschine vorhanden, bei der ich aber noch nicht weiß, ob ich sie selbst benötige). Außerdem gehört zur Wohnung ein Kellerabteil.
Ein Internetanschluss mit (sehr schnellem) Internet ist bereits vorhanden und preislich schon in den Nebenkosten enthalten.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Wohngebiet und ist ca. 3 Gehminuten vom Martkplatz entfernt. In unter 10 Minuten erreicht man den S-Bahnhof zu Fuß.
Für Referendare interessant:
Zum Gymnasium fährt man mit dem Auto ca. 5 Minuten (ca. 7 Minuten mit dem Fahhrad)
Die Grundschule ist direkt nebenan.
