Studenten Wohnung

I am interested in renting an aparent in Amsterdam for my niece who is starting her bachelor degree at the University of Amsterdam in Psychology in September.
I am a manager/engineer at a private company in Romania, and an owner of real estates. My daughter is 18 years old and a sensible, serious young adult. She is not bringing any pets with her and she is not a smoker.
We are interested in renting your apartment, so please let us know the terms for renting and the extra costs for G/E/W.
We are willing to fly to Amsterdam if necessary in order to view the apartment and to talk.
