Die Lage ist gut angebunden. Man erreicht fußläufig die Uni in 10 min oder nach zwei Haltestellen mit dem Bus. Die Hochschule innerhalb von 15min mit dem Bus und Tram. Der Königsplatz ist auch in 10 min mit dem Starßenbahn erreichbar. Mit dem Fahrrad natürlich alles ein bisschen schneller.
Das Wohnheim ist hier im 17 Stock sehr ruhig. Es gibt ein Volleyballfeld mit Grillplatz, sowie 2 Dachterrassen. Eine Bierstube im Keller und sonst kann man das Leben hier auch sehr sozial gestalten, wenn man Lust
hat.
Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Bad mit Badewanne, einen Eingangsbereich mit Wandschrank und ein Zimmer mit Küchenzeile. Das Zimmer ist dank des großen doppeltürigen Fensters sehr hell.
Nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit 2Minuten entfernt, ansonsten befinden sich ein. Marktkauf, Lidl, Aldi, Kaufland etc. in der Nähe
Bushaltestelle direkt am Wohnheim, Tramhaltestelle auch 1 min zu Fuß erreichbar
