Hallo! Da ich für eine Weile ins Ausland gehe, werde ich meine gemütliche Wohnung in der Marktstraße in Bad Tölz untervermieten.

Die Wohnung ist mitten im Geschehen, in der wunderschönen alten Bad Tölzer Marktstraße. Läden, Drogerien, Apotheken, Restaurants, Cafes, Eisdielen, Imbisse etc. sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar und liegen teilweise direkt vor der Haustüre. Die Isar ist 2 Laufminuten entfernt. Parken ist etwas schwieriger, es gibt allerdings für 40€ im Monat einen Dauerstellplatz im Parkhaus an der Isar (so habe ich immer geparkt). Das Parkhaus liegt je nach Gehgeschwindigkeit ca. 5-10 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt.
Der Kachelofen, so schön er auch ist, funktioniert leider im Moment nicht.
