Es handelt sich um eine Nichtraucherwohnung.
Die kleine Wohnung ist mitten in Geretsried und hat aber eine schöne Terasse mit eigener Beleuchtung und Blick ins Grüne.
Die Böden sind neue Laminate.
Das Wohnhaus hat eine Tiefgarage wo man vielleicht auch noch nen Platz bekommen kann. Es sind aber ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden.
Ich hatte Katzen, die es geliebt haben hier zu wohnen, da die Tannen super zum klettern sind, und auch das anliegende Gelände toll ist.
Da ich mich beruflich verändere werde ziehe ich um, da sonst der Fahrtweg zu lang wird. Ich habe bereits eine neue Wohnung gefunden und darum ist diese hier quasi schon "frei".
Vielleicht sehen wir uns ja?! Ich freu mich drauf!
