Hey Everyone
I updated this ad a while ago but it turns out I had to clarify some stuff so here I am again. I have to leave Berlin for a while for some family issues and I need to sublet my apartment.
This place is available until the end of November with a posibility to extend until the end of the year. We can discuss about it in person.
It is a pretty cosy studio apartment right next to sbahn Adlershof with direct access to the city centre (within 25 min. with the S9 to Alexanderplatz). It is a quiet neighbourhood but still its pretty ok. The apartment has everything that you need including a microwave but no oven. A laundry room is just next to the building. There is a place for your bike and overall I d say there is enough storage.
Direct Access to S-Bahn, Tram and Bus.
Right next to Sbahn Adlershof with plenty of options to the city centre, to Köpenick via bus or tram, and to the u7 by bus.
I know this is pretty last minute so I d like to clear the matter as soon as possible.
Online and in person viewings and are possible.
I am available in German and in English.
Its a huge plus if you have a liability insurance just in case
