Hi, ich suche einen Nachmieter für mein Appartement (22sqm) in Berlin Adlershof. Anmeldung ist für eine Person möglich. Um für das Appartement in Frage zu kommen, solltest Du entweder Studieren oder Berufsanfänger sein. Der neue Vertrag läuft vom 01.07.2023 bis entweder 31.08.2024 / 15.09.2024/ 30.09.2024 (kann verlängert werden)
Das Appartement besteht aus einem Zimmer (mit integrierter Küche) und hat zusätzlich ein eigenes Bad. Das Wohnheim wurde erst Ende letzten Jahres fertiggestellt, dementsprechend ist alles in sehr gutem Zustand.
Neben dem Appartement gibt es Zugang zu verschiedenen Gemeinschaftsräumen (Gemeinschaftsküche, Kinosaal, Lernräume, Dachterasse, Gym, Aufenthaltsraum mit Billard-, Tischtennis-, Kickertisch und Waschsaloon,...) die Ihr nutzen könnt.
Zu der Miete von mtl. 867€ warm kommt eine einmalige Verwaltungsgebühr von 200€ bei Vertragsunterschrift, die an die Hausverwaltung geht.
In dem gesamten Studentenwohnheim leben in etwa 300 Studenten und es ist ein Internationales Umfeld. Ich habe meine Zeit hier sehr genossen, da es durch die vielen Gemeinschaftsräume sehr leicht ist neue Freunde kennenzulernen, man aber trotzdem seinen Rückzugsraum hat.

I am looking for a new tenant for my apartment(22sqm) in Berlin Adlershof. Anmeldung/Registration is possible for one Person. To be eligible for the apartment you should either be a student or a young professional. The new contract runs from 01.07.2023 to either 31.08.2024 / 15.09.2024/ 30.09.2024 (can be extended).The apartment consists of one room (with integrated kitchen) and also has its own bathroom. The residence was built last year, accordingly everything is in very good condition.
Additional to the apartment, there are several common rooms (community kitchen, cinema, roof terrace, gym, basement with billard-,table tennis, table soccer as well as a laundryroom) which you can use. In addition to the rent of 867€ per month, there will be a one-time administration fee of 200€, which goes to the property management when the contract is signed. There are about 300 students living in the residence, and it is quite an international environment.
I enjoyed my time here very much, because it is very easy to make new friends because of the many common rooms, but you still have your retreat.
