Wichtig: Der Balkon ist aktuell nicht begehbar, da ein Gerüst am Haus steht.

Sehr ruhige Lage, da kein Nachtleben oder stark befahrene Straße.
Direkt vor der Haustür hält der Bus 194/Bouchéstraße der in Richtung Hermannplatz (7min) oder Treptower Park (7min) fährt. Außerdem halten in der Nähe die Linien 104 und 166 (Heidelberger Straße) zb Richtung Rathaus Neukölln.
Zu Fuß ist man in 10 Min am Treptower Park (S-Bahnhof Ringbahn) oder auch im Park selbst.
Der Landwehrkanal ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und dann ist man auch schon schnell am Kiehl- Paul-Linke oder Maybachufer.
Wildenbruch- Weichsel- oder Weserstraße sind genauso schnell zu erreichen wie Schlesische Straße.
Super Späti direkt gegenüber, links und rechts ein Café, ein Asia-Laden und mehrere Blumenläden...
