Ich vermiete meine geliebte Wohnung vom 10.03.2023 bis zum 10.05.2023 zum Preis von 800 Euro pro Monat, da wir verreisen werden, also ist die Wohnung für den gesamten Zeitraum vermietet und als ganz vermietet. Unsere Wohnung ist möbliert und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet, wie Bad, Bett, TV, Geschirrspüler, Backofen usw.

Das Gebaude wurde in den 70er Jahren gebaut, daher gibt es keine Probleme mit Schimmel im Haus, sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat auch einen Aufzug.

Standort
Die Wohnung liegt im Moabiter Stephankiez zwischen Charlottenburg und Mitte, das Stadtzentrum ist 10 Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt, Moabit ist ein relativ ruhiger Stadtteil an der Spree mit einigen Bars, Cafés, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Nachtlokalen etc.
Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind mit der Ringbahn, der U-Bahn und den Bussen sehr gut zu erreichen, so dass Sie schnell in den Rest der Stadt gelangen können.

Unsere Anforderungen.
Wir wünschen uns eine ruhige und ordentliche ZwischenmieterIn, keine Partys, keine Hausanmeldung, aber Post und Pakete können geliefert werden.
Rauchen ist in der Wohnung nicht erlaubt und aus Sicherheitsgründen bitten wir um eine Kaution von 1000 Euro für die Wohnung.

Our requirements.
We would like a quiet and tidy interim tenant, no parties, no house registration, but mail and packages can be delivered.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment and for security reasons we ask for a deposit of 1000 euros for the apartment.
