I am leaving my studio in Neukölln in the end of January 2024, but I can sublet it from end of December (dates flexible) and also recommend you as a next tenant if you are interested (in which case you can get an Anmeldung).
It is a fully-furnished warm apartment with your own kitchen and bathroom in a new modern building.
In the photos you still see my personal belongings around, but since I am moving out myself, they will go (books, paintings, clothes, screen etc. ). The apartment will still have everything you need, like dishes, pillow/blanket, internet. The washing machines are in the building's basement, not personal (3€ per wash).
2 minutes from U8 Boddinstraße, 2 stations away from Ringbahn, and neighbouring Tempelhofer Feld (8 mins) and Hasenheide (5 mins). REWE and LIDL nearby (within 10 mins walk), but I guarantee you will become obsessed with Euroguida (5 mins), they have the best fruits and vegetables.
All possible bars, hipster cafes, Turkish soul-food places, the cheapest Berlin falafel (Lebanon falafel), Rollberg Cinema, KINDL gallery, printing shops, post office - you name it, it is all near.
For the contract overtake, I can forward your docs to the landlord, but I unfortunately have no control over the final decision.
