I'm looking for new tenant to takeover my 1BR apartment, immediately. I recently returned to my home country due to the passing of my father and decided to stay there. My rent supposed to end this September and will be available for new tenants afterward. Although you can move in right away since I already paid for August.

You will have your own room, with shared kitchen, main toilet, and guest toilet with two other tenants (Male and Female who are mostly working from the office. They are clean, nice, and friendliest people I know ;)). We take turns for cleaning and really chill when it comes to interaction, we make sure everyone feels at home and have their own privacy.
