Hey there,
We offer our cozy apartment in Neukölln for only two months (From 10.12.2023 - 14.02.2024). Third floor without lift.
The location has everything that you need, the Tempelhof field is two blocks away as well as the U8 station (Leinestrasse). You can easily connect with Alexanderplatz in less than 20 minutes or any part of the city in half an hour.
In the neighborhood, there are plenty of coffee shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, Döner laden, and much more.
The house has all the necessary equipment for one, two, or even three people (you can also bring your pet). One living/bedroom fully furnished with a double bed, one single sofa, Wardrobe, table, four chairs, and two desk chairs.
The bathroom is small but valuable.
The Kitchen comes with a small electric oven, an Airfryer, and two electric stoves. We don't use Gas. Also, you may find an Italian coffee Espresso machine, a Sodastream, a Wash machine, a toaster, a kettle, a nice medium fridge, and of course, everything that you need to cook.
There is a small and sunny balcony with a garden table. We will need someone who will take care of our plants, on the basis that they can.
The price includes Wi-Fi (100Mbps), central heating, water, and electricity. Please, keep in mind that the Anmendung is NOT possible.
