It’s 57m2, warm and cosy, has huge windows to let the light in, and has a fuzzy-carpeted hangout area/reading nook above the bed. Situated on a peaceful and quiet backstreet, it's a short walk to the bahns and busses at U-Hermannplatz, restaurants, bars, the canal, Hasenheide.
WiFi works great, everything is in order. It's truly a beautiful flat. There is a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee station in the kitchen, a comfortable mattress. The neighbours are quiet. Great for someone who needs a calm space of retreat while in Berlin. I'm open to having a single or a couple use the space.
I am happy to lend this place to someone who is clean, responsible, and friendly 😊
