1-room apartment (studio flat) available long-term for €850/month in F-hain, right near the border with P-berg. Fully furnished, with a fully equipped kitchenette with a portable oven (not pictured), a new bed (not pictured) and new wardrobe (not pictured), as well as Harman/Kardon SoundSticks speakers and a flat-screen monitor you can plug your laptop to.
PLEASE NOTE: the biggest drawback of this flat is that THERE IS NO WASHING MACHINE and no space to install one even if you want to. You will have to take your dirty laundry to the ‘WASH BOX’ on Boxhagener Str (within biking distance or 2 tram stops) or to the ‘SB Waschsalon’ near Samariterstr U-bahn. If you feel that's an issue for you, please just ignore this ad.

Extremely well-connected area at the border of F-hain and P-berg. Only a 10-minute bike/strassenbahn ride to Alexanderplatz or to Kreuzberg. And a 5-minute walk to the Ringbahn (Landsberger Allee). Lots of restaurants and supermarkets around. This is the quiet, northern part of F-hain, just a short bike ride to the lively Boxhagener area.
Security deposit is €1000 (will be refunded in full if nothing is missing or broken due to negligence). Anmeldung is possible.
The flat is perfect for a person who finds living in a WG with flatmates too stressful or annoying. Unfortunately, the flat is rather small and not suitable for 2 persons to share in the long term.
