1-room apartment (studio flat) available long-term for €785/month warm in F-hain, right near the border with P-berg. Fully furnished, with a fully equipped kitchenette, a new bed with brand new mattress (not pictured), new wardrobe (not pictured), as well as cool Harman/Kardon speakers for your laptop.
PLEASE NOTE: the biggest drawback of this flat is that THERE IS NO WASHING MACHINE and no space to install a normal one. You will have to take your dirty laundry to the ‘WASH BOX’ on Boxhagener Str (within biking distance or 2 tram stops) or to the ‘SB Waschsalon’ near Samariterstr U-bahn. If you feel that's an issue for you, please just ignore this ad.

Extremely well-connected area at the border of F-hain and P-berg. Only a 10-minute bike/strassenbahn ride to Alexanderplatz or to Kreuzberg. And a 5-minute walk to the Ringbahn (Landsberger Allee). Lots of restaurants and supermarkets around. This is the quiet, northern part of F-hain, just a short bike ride to the lively Boxhagener area.
Security deposit is €1000 (will be refunded in full if nothing is missing or broken due to negligence). Anmeldung will be possible but maybe not right away.
The flat is perfect for a person who finds living in a WG with flatmates too stressful or annoying. Unfortunately, the flat is rather small and not suitable for 2 persons to share in the long term.
