The apartment is a studio apartment. The room is around 13 sqm the area for kitchen and toilet is separate. The apartment has a balcony which faces the road. The apartment is furnished and has natural sunlight available till sunset since the apartment is located in West Berlin and towards the west. So you can see the sunset from your room as well. The apartment building has own laundry, a small garden, bicycle parking and also car parking (which must be rented).
The apartment is located in the center of Berlin with very good public transport connection. The bus stop is just outside the apartment building. U-Bahn and S-Bahn connections are also very close to the apartment. Supermarkets are also located at a distance of 5 mins by foot. Since the apartment is centrally located, access to whole of Berlin is very easy.
