The flat is 33qm. It has a nice and quite big kitchen-living room with a fridge and freezer compartment (no deep freezer), a washing machine, an electric stove with an oven, a toaster, a water boiler and all standard kitchen utilities you need for cooking a nice dinner. The kitchen is located to the south, so you have a lot of light in the morning and during the day.
The bedroom is small, but big enough for a couple. You will find a double bed (200cm to 140cm), a small cable TV, a study desk and a cloth hanger.
The bathroom has a WC, a shower and a sink.
There is free highspeed Wi-Fi (DSL16.000) in the whole flat available. You can also use the Voice-Over-IP phone (only incoming calls work)
There are two metrobus- stations (M44 and M46) close to the flat. You can reach them within 5 minutes by foot.
The busstation of the M44 is called Germaniapromenade and the bus comes during the week and the peaktimes every 5 minutes (then every 10 min, 30min. after midnight; the bus runs 24/7). You will reach S/U Bahn Hermannstraße (S42/41) within 3 minutes with this bus.
The other busstation is called Karl Elsasser Straße. The Bus M44 runs also every 5 minutes during peaktime (then every 10 min, 30min. after midnight; the bus runs 24/7) and it takes you within 10 minutes to U-Bahnhof Alt-Tempelhof (U6) form there you will reach within about 10 minutes the city center (U-Bahnhof Stadtmitte or Friedrichstraße).
So form the door step of the flat it takes about 30 minutes to reach the heart of the city.
The neighborhood is residential and quite. You will find a grocery store (Lidel) about 5 minutes by foot, a bakery/cafe (1min. ), a kiosk (1min. ), two Spätkaufs (4min. open till 22 and 6 min.24/7), a Turkish/Arab grocery store and a fast food place (5min). There is a shopping mall and many restaurants etc. at Hermannstraße (15minutes by food or about 10 Minutes by foot and bus)
There are actually a fee quite nice parks around. The nicest is called Britzer Garten which is really amazing...Just look it up

Other than that, you a are within 15-20 minutes in Neukölln or Kreuzberg (Kreuzkölln, Hermannplatz)
The highway A100 is in this area underground so you will NOT hear ANY street noise! It is a totally quite and peaceful neighborhood.
