Die Wohnung liegt im Bezirk Neukölln, Stadtteil Britz.
Der Bus M44 ist 4 Gehminuten entfernt und fährt in direkt
zur Hermannstraße (Ringbahn und U8).
Von der Haustür zur Ringbahn braucht man keine
10 Minuten mit Bus und knape 20 Minuten
zu Fuß.
Die U7 Station Blaschkoallee ist 700 m entfernt.
Es gibt einen Kanal und einige Grünflächen in der Nähe,
ein paar Restaurants und Altberliner-Kneipen.
In direkter Umgebung sind Edeka und Penny und
ein Rossmann.
Die Gegend ist ziemlich ruhig.

The M44 bus is a 4 minute walk and goes direct
to Hermannstraße (Ringbahn and U8).
You don't need more than 10 minutes from the front
door to the Ringbahn by bus and about 20 minutes
on foot.
And you need less than 20 minutes to Hermannplatz.
The Blaschkoallee U7 station is 700 m away.
There is a canal and some parks nearby,
a few restaurants and old Berlin pubs.
Close-by are supermarkets Edeka and Penny and
Rossmann.
The area is pretty quiet.
