Since I am moving to a bigger place, I am searching for someone who will take over my contract for a studio apartment. It is located in a nice area Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf. The apartment is very cozy, bright and comfortable. Perfect for studying and working. As I am willing to leave my furniture, I need someone who is ready to buy it. The furniture includes: queen size bed, 2 mattresses, Ikea wardrobe, table and 4 chairs, curtains, chandelier, nightstand, bookshelf and etc. All together for 500€.
Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf. 10 minutes of walking distance to Schloss Charlottenburg Park, 5 minutes to Wilmersdorfer Arcaden. There are plenty of spätis and cafes nearby. Ubahn is 2 minutes away from the apartment. Several buses running right by the apartment.
The contract will be signed with an agency that owns the apartment. They require the following documents:
- Aktuelle Schufaauskunft
- Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung
- Kopie Personalausweis
- Gehaltsnachweise der letzten drei Monate
So basically, all standard documents for an apartment rental. They also require a deposit of 1350€. The warm rent is 535€. I made my own contract for electricity and internet, so all together was about 650€.
