I'm going to spend 2 to 3 weeks in Cologne somewhen between 01.07 and 21.07, so offering my one-room flat in Berlin and searching for a WG-room or one-room flat in Cologne for this time period.
The flat is fully furnished, has all the kitchen equipment, a washing machine, guest sofa and a desk so you can work from home. There is also a small balcony with some flowers, and it would be nice if you took care of them while I am not home :)
It is important for me that the flat/room in Cologne is fully furnished and has everything to live there for a few weeks without moving a lot of stuff between the cities.
The rent is negotiable :)
The flat is located in a very nice area right next to Charlottenburg Schloss and only 7 minutes away from the ring s-bahn.
