Beautiful and modern room for short-term rent (Dec&Jan) in Charlottenburg

I am renting out my room in a modern furnished apartment with double bed, it is on the bank of the river in a prime location in Berlin Charlottenburg from 18th December 2023 to 18th January 2024 (can be extended until the end of January)
The apartment has a separate closed kitchen which is fully equipped, a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. There is another room which is empty at this moment which I might rent it out aswell during this period. If it does than the Bathroom and the kitch will be shared with this other person who might be in the other room. The apartment in general is big and spacious so no need to worry about being crowded.
Very well located, close Deutsche Oper Berlin, Charlottenburg Palace, Kantstraße, Kurfürstendamm. There is huge EDEKA supermarket right outside the building complex and the bus station is right across the street. The underground train stations are also close to the apartment (approx. 15 minutes walking)
