Da ich aus beruflichen Gründen für 20 Tage weg muss, biete ich hier eine Zwischenmiete an.
Die Wohnung ist ca.3 Mn vom U-Bahnhof Bismarckstr. entfernt (U2 und U7 Verbindung) und grenzt an die Wilmersdorferstr. (beste Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: von Alnatura zu Aldi,etc...).
Sie hat 40 m, mit einem Bad mit Badewanne, einem tollen hellen Wohnraum mit 2 großen Fenstern(3. OG)mit abgezogenen Dielen , und einer schönen Küche mit Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank und allen sonstigen Utensilien.
Die Dielen im Wohnraum wurden vor kurzem abgezogen. Wer also Interesse hat, sollte nichts an frischem Holzgeruch auszusetzen haben.
Die Miete beinhaltet auch eine Internet Flatrate und kostet 280 E. . Eine Kaution von 200E. wäre mir lieb, da die gesammte Ausstattung neuwertig ist.
