Manchmal ist es Zeit für Veränderung, deswegen gebe ich meine kleine 1-Zimmer Wohnung spontan auf und suche zum 1. oder 15. Juli 2012 einen sympatischen Nachmieter/in.
Die Wohnung ist 40m² groß, besitzt einen kleinen Balkon, ein großes Wohn-/Schlafzimmer, kleines Bad, Flur und Küche.
In der Küche ist der Herd bereits vorhanden.
Ich habe zwei Jahre hier gewohnt und verlasse sie schweren Herzens.
Sie ist sehr ruhig gelegen, da sie im Innehof ist.
Der Innenhof ist gepflegt.
Die anderen Mieter sind super im Haus und mein besonderes Highlight ist der einmalige Hausmeister.
Er ist immer da, wenn man ihn braucht:)
