Hallo! Ich ziehe zum 1.12.2011 aus meiner Wohnung aus und mein Vermieter hat mich beauftragt, ihm einen Nachmieter vorzuschlagen. Es handelt sich um eine Einzimmerwohnung mit kleinem Flur und mittelgroßer Küche und Bad. Die Wohnung hat sehr hohe Decken und liegt zur Südseite und ist daher bereits am Morgen sehr hell. Entfernung zum Schloß Charlottenburg ist 5-10 min zu Fuß, der U-Bahnhof Sophie-Charlotte-Platz ist 5-10 min entfernt, der S-Bhf Westend 10-15 min. Der Kiez besteht aus Wohnhäusern und kleinen Läden und Cafes und ist sehr familiär.
Am Sonntag, 23.10.2011 um 14.00 Uhr ist ein öffentlicher Besichtigungstermin, zu dem jeder gerne kommen kann. Bitte in der Schloßstraße 12 bei PETER klingeln.
Mein Vermieter möchte von Interessenten einen Schufa (request now) -Auszug, Kopien der letzten 3 Gehaltsnachweise und des Ausweises haben. Interessenten können mir die Unterlagen gerne bereits am Sonntag mitbringen, so dass ich sie weiter reiche.
