Die Wohnung ist relativ klein aber versprüht unglaublichen Charme und man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Die Küche ist brandneu und wurde vor kurzem eingebaut, fühl dich zu Hause und koche wie und was du magst.
Meine Möbel werde ich weitestgehend mitnehmen.
Meine geliebte Küche möchte ich hier lassen da sie extra für den kleinen Raum angefertigt und eingebaut wurde, die Abschlagszahlung beträgt ca. 850€ VB. (Kaufbelege vorhanden)

Da die Wohnung erst vor einigen Monaten komplett renoviert und saniert wurde ist alles im Super Zustand und ziemlich luxuriös - eine Ruhe und Wohlfühloase also :-)
Die Nachbarn sind auch sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit.
Direkt im Herzen des Westens auf dem Ku'damm, Höhe Olivaer Platz/Adenauerplatz.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Shopping ist fussläufig erreichbar. Insgesamt eine wunderschöne und sehr gepflegte saubere Gegend.
